Gulu is the Home of Gulu University and Sacred Hearts University with other universities having branches in the city. The city houses many education institutions like tertiary institutions, Secondary schools, Primary Schools, etc. These Institutions provide many education programs including but not limited to: Agriculture, Medicine, Business management, Conflict and Peace Studies among others.
